WiFi regularly dropping out, struggling with live streams too

For the past several weeks, my WiFi signal has randomly stopped working. Then there's the additional problem that it struggles to maintain live feeds. Running speed tests shows that my download speed is regularly 20Mbps or less, instead of the faster speeds I'm paying for.

I am experiencing the same. Alexa regularly stops, vpn to work laptop closes but every tome I check on my sky it states everything is fine and the conne tion speed is always the same every day, how odd!

My Wi-Fi keeps dropping out in parts of my house. One room has a Sky Q mini box booster and still has drop outs. this is a screengrab of the Maintenance Stattistics as requested

Yes, it's always 'Sunshine and Roses' as far as Sky are concerned!
