Checking my sky app for broadband results it states your agreed broadband is slower than promised and its dropped below the actual agreed mark which they should have given us when we signed up to them I can't remember the actual speed rate I didn't know it dropped below 30 for 30 days if you think its dropped below that speed mark you need to claim it back is that right or wrong

Your actual current download speed is 36.1 mbps that's what it states on Service checker

@Jonathanphillip If you click on broadband in the service checker it normally when it completes that test lets you see what your speeds have been like over a period of time and it also should tell you the speed you are supposed to get and what you are getting at the time.
