It's very annoying. Hope it's sorted soon for you.

@Chrisee i have tried to do the service checker on my phone using my mobile data. It gets as far to tell me there are no issues in my local area then when it says checking my hub it just says it has an error and try again later. I will try again if not I will have to call up. Thanks for the advice.

My sky hub has no Internet connection - I have tried numerous time to do the service checker which keeps saying it's experiencing an error and to try again later.

I have tried resetting. Turning it off and on again all to no avail.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance.

If you cannot access the service call Sky and report your broadband fault.

@TNB91 the checker cannot reach your hub if your connection is down but given its not telling you there is a known fault affecting your area you need to repirt the fault. It would be better if the error message told you that but currently it doesn't.

The confusing responses of the test is something superusers have raised repeatedly with Sky but so far without success.
