Sky claim that the speed is 11.4 daily but that is when tested at 4am in the morning when no one is using it (sneaky marketing). I have been with sky for over 20 years (don't know why? ) and have tried a new broadband router lately and it still has not improved. As well as the speeds our broadband drops out every evening for about 30 mins to 1 hour which is also really annoying.
