If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;had a red light on LOS openreach box. Called sky and they said an 'outage was reported' on the 28th mines been down since the 27th. The sky agent on the phone PUT THE PHONE DOWN!!! Really poor service. Anyone any ideas before I go through the pain of calling again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
