    <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi has not been working properly since the 21st of August - I arranged for an engineer to come. They never came. I simply got a message saying that my issue had been resolved. I work from home and have had to personal hotspot from my phone costing me god knows how much!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
