topic Poor Sky WiFi around the house in Broadband

Upgraded to Sky Ultrafast Plus and Sky Max Wifi after BT put Full fibre broadband in our area a few months ago. Our BB speed is great but Wifi inside the house is very patchy unless you are sat next to the hub. Sky sent me a Pod which has not really made a difference and after putting up with watching the signal dance all over the place for long enough I asked for an engineer visit, this happened yesterday. Tech arrived and checked the signal and low and behold - its weak and I needed more pods, unfortunatly the pods the tech had would not register to my account. Tech ordered me a new one and left one of the failed pods behind with me so I could keep trying to get it to connect. Has anyone had any success in connecting where a tech has failed? The tech told me that the pods need to be very close to the hub - which it is, to try a manual input - tried that, to leave it plugged in - done that. Still all I have is a flashing white light. Anything else you can think of to try? Thanks in advance.

@Barnwoodhome the pods appear to need to be added to your account before they will work so wait until you get the ones being sent to you. The pods and the hub take up,to 24 hours to optimise after they connect. Hopefully the tech explained the best places in your home to place them but they need a good connection to work so plug in the pod nearest to the hub first then work out to the most distant one.
