      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi so i paid for an engineer to come out to my home to fit a landline so i could get broadband but it's just been refunded, any ideas as to why? or should i just ring them?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They will do this if the cost of fitting a line exceeds the standard amount or there are particular issues like lack of capacity locally. &lt;/P&gt;
