I been promised a speed of 151mbps but I'm only getting 30mbps. Please fix this

I used my PlayStation and also Google speed tester they are both connected to my wifi

@Jose4 How far away from the router is the PS5 and do you have any devices connected via ethernet. The speed that you get told by Sky that you get. is the speed to the hub.

Its connect via cable.

From 150 to 30 is big difference. I will leave sky for a better wifi in that case

@Jose4What was asked if you had a device connected via ethernet to test your broadband speed. This was to see if you needed help with Wi-Fi within the property.
