Connection at home is poor

While at home everyone in the house is not getting 1 bar next to the WiFi, calls are terrible and keep dropping out. Also while out I'm only getting 3G in most places if it is 4g it's not a good connection at all. It used to be better but very poor. This seems to have got worse over the past few weeks, I need my phone for work, calls dropping out and text not sending , not good.

Regarding 4G on your phone, this is not related to your Sky broadband at all so you'd need to post in the mobile forum about that issue.
