      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the broadband engineer is coming on Monday and I still haven't received my hub. In my order, the status is in progress, no information of delivery tracking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What time does it take to be delivered ? The appointment has been settled 3 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
