Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this board formally answered by SKy support people? Someone, please provide a support phone number, as doing this on my mobile isn't easy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no working system this morning.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Router: Green lights except for the Voice, which is orange (I don't use the phone)&lt;BR /&gt;/Nointert page: Checked through and it says that there is a connection&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Stream: Say no internet connection&lt;BR /&gt;WI-fi: Not working on any device&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The router, Sky Stream box, and computer all rebooted from cold.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SO, one part says working, the other says not working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looking for a fix please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but this board *IS* the end of the path.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, Sky doesn't monitor this board and doesn't provide a phone number that can be found?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am a new customer of two months - looks like I made a big mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
