The Internet is off but when I do a service check it says all is working it isn't

I have the same issue.
The internet was flashing amber now it's off completely.

Same here - went off about 15 minutes ago. The test says it's all fine but no internet - light is orange.

Same here! I have followed the diagnostics instructions twice and restarted hub but it's just off!

Tried everything turned off the hub disconnected everything but still no internet but when I check the app it says I have internet when I don't so frustrating

Same here. I have a green flashing light... reset my hub twice with nothing! Ahh says connected with no Internet and nothing on WiFi is working. According to sky there is no problem!
