      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, my broadband has been down for most the day now, I've reset the box which gives me all the lights on the router, the online checks say it can't find an issue but my sky Q box tells me there is no internet and none of my devices work on the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
