Our internet takes ages to load and sometimes wont load at all. Its making it very hard to work for home etc, to the point where I am using mobile data. Ive phoned sky but had no real help. When using the diagnostic feature on your app, it says that there is a problem with the wifi but cannot seem to tell us what that problem is. For the amount we are paying a month, this is rediculous. Please get back to me with a solution.
