      <title>Internet not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No internet, all lights green on box, diagnostic test shows no issues , yet there is no internet at all. Connection to broadband router seems okay , connection to internet is not working. No devices are working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been down all day, even technical department told me to switch off box and reset etc which I've done 1000 times. &amp;nbsp;I work from home so missed a 9 hour shift today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm connected to my neighbours wifi, I live remotely with no 4G so if I disconnect I don't even have enough data to support a search. I contacted technical team and apparently it's an issue with Open Reach and their systems. I've to wait 12 hours...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
