Recently switched from BT Full Fibre 100 and never had an issue in 4 years. Since joining Sky (Ultra Fast Plus) a couple of months ago service has been consistently patchy, to the point I've not been able to work this afternoon. I have Devolo Magic 2 connected with two extenders to create home wireless network. Set up worked fine with BT, despite having a household of heavy users. I'm not particularly techy and desperately need a solution. Tried all usual stuff. Wondered whether it might be compatibility issue.
