Sky internet regularly drops out and MySky checker reports that all is fine.

There are three green lights on router.

As numerous other people are having this issue I'm wondering whether it's worth sticking with sky (we've had an engineer out) or changing provider. Annoyingly I'll have to pay termination fee as you can only claim under Sky's Internet gaurentee if they say there are issues with the WiFi.
