    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung Tv and Connor find thr reset button. Also concerned doing this as I do not want to &amp;nbsp;completely mess things up. I have had several call today to try and resolve this and feel that someone should come out to eslove this problem as I did not have problem before I went fibre super fast connection. I know you are trying to help but either someone talk to me over the phone step by step instruction it becoming to much for me. I am 68 years old and all I want is what I am paying for&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had &amp;nbsp;Sky superfast 1 installed into my home &amp;nbsp; Since then I have no phone line , my laptop is very slow and I can't use my printer as it does not recognise anything. When I sign up for this no one explained &amp;nbsp;any issues I could have with this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4096672"&gt;@Ericbrown&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; The TV you might have to factory reset it if you are trying to get it to work over Wi-Fi. The printer it also might need reset as it might hold the old memory if connected by Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the above does not work it might be worth trying to split the Wi-Fi bands, this can be reversed if it does not work, if you want to try this follow the directions in the link below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610" target="_self"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How old is the laptop that you are trying to connect?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
