Trying to change from bt broadband to sky sky back room are involved bt and openreach haven't up dated my address since we paid for name change lots of time sky have tried to get me broadband but they give me a date for change over then it all stops working ie no line wrong address fault on line is a joke since June this is been going on

Until Openreach/BT Wholesale get the address issue sorted, any Openreach ISP is likely to have e a problem placing an order for service.
