Printer not linking to modem wirelessly

I have a HP Envy 5530 printer, with every other wifi provider I have had the printer links wirelessly to modem with no issues. Since I changed to Sky broadband my printer rarely finds and links to the modem. I have tried everything there is but still have the same issue.

@Graeme62 Are your 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz wifi bands split as some printers struggle with a combined wifi signal
