Unable to log into hub settings

Hi sky community

Trying to log into sky hub settings using the page "192.168.0.1" loads fine but when I try to sign in using my name and password as instructed it flags I am "not authorised" when I should just be logged straight in.

Either that or nothing happens.

I am using an IOS interface.

Any ideas please?

@GD-home the user name is always admin (with a lower case a) not your Sky username. The password will be the default WiFi password on the hub's label for most newer upright Sky hubs if you have an older tflat type hub the password is sky.

If you havecthe latest white Sky hub the web interface is only for information you need to use the My Sky app to change settings.
