topic Mesh Network Issues in Broadband

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help, I recently transferred from talk talk 150 to Sky 500. I have a Mercusys Halo H50G mesh network of 4 nodes that worked perfectly in sync on the previous broadband speed, directly from the ONT.

Since I have moved over to sky, the broadband connection is patchy and slow, and continues to drop out and not work, until I go back in to the mesh network and fiddle around.

I have tried using the sky router and creating an access point, as well as missing out the sky router and maintajning the network that was faultless when with talk talk.

Can anyone recommend / suggest what I can try to resolve the problem. Do I need different mesh network technology, is there a setting I can change. I have seen the discussions about DHCP Option 61 field in its WAN configuration, but I am not entirely sure how I check that or it is something compatible with my current mesh system.

Any help or support would be great, as currently, the internet is patchy at best but most off rather than on.

thanks

Hi

Did you managed to find a solution to this? I have just lived across to sky using the same mesh network technology as you and seem to be having similar issues.

thanks
