Hi,

I was guarenteed good and steady wifi, my son's room still doesnt get wifi and its directly above the wifi box down stairs! My home office is in the garden but within 2 meters of the router and again its constantly just dropping out turning everything off. Its a nightmare. whenever i check my speed etc you always say its running fine buts its honestly not! i have taken pictures of the tv and computers not working when your checker says we are all good! is there anyway you could supply two bosters? one for my son and one for my office? we are paying for guarteened wifi which we havent been getting.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
