      <title>WiFi dropping off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky max wifi keeps dropping out, effecting Sky Glass and working from home keep getting disconnected from the servers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;no wifi at all upstairs as it isn't reaching. When service checker is run says everything is working fine?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;WiFi coverage is affected by the &amp;nbsp;layout and type of construction of your home but if you pay for WiFi Max then Sky will eithercsend an extender or arrange for an engineer to visit to check the network and supplybup to 3 extenders if they are required.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When running thectest online snd it says everything is fine check the time that report was generated as it can be several hours ago before the priblem started if so click to run the full test now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
