battery isn't fully charged but still over 70%. I have rebooted the router a couple of times already but not the ring devices so will try a reboot on the doorbell tomorrow and see if that helps thanks

Hi, can someone advise me on the following problem please. My mum who is getting on a bit is starting with dementure. For her and for our peace of mind we bought her a ring doorbell and indoor camera which we installed over weekend. The camera is in the same room as the WiFi and connected to mains, doorbell is at the front of her house and is battery operated. Since installation both the camera and the doorbell have lost signal intermittently with the doorbell very rarely having a good signal. We have reset the modem and also bought a booster at weekend to try and increase signal strength to the doorbell but it has made no difference. yet again today both devices went offline and at this point my mother happened to mention that her sky box upstairs keeps disconnecting and her neighbours have had to reset for her a few times now. Is there anything else I can try before beginning the long arduous task of trying to apeak to someone at sky. I'm assuming there is some sort of problem with her router??
