&lt;P&gt;Note that in this context it's not 'BT' (which is a competing ISP)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Openreach Ltd is part of BT Group, but provides maintenance services to all ISPs on the national network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky engineer visited my property yesterday and performed an Openreach test on the BT line, the test failed and he says I need to book a &amp;nbsp;BT engineer to visit and fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
