    <description>&lt;P&gt;we have the same issue - was sold the package which was supposed to suit household use. had issues and upgraded to ultra 300 and still bad. I am going back to BT as its shockimg with dropping out and even lose land line&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My internet just took another hit. Sky TV stopped and I was getting the black screen with white swirl. Phone internet also went slow.</description>
