From what I can gather this is neither a problem with Sky Glass or the stream puck so not sure why you posted in the Glass forum.

This seems to be an issue with your Samsung TV from your post.

I have a sky glass tv in the lounge connected to the internet. Today I put a Samsung tv up with a connected pug in the garden room. The Samsung tv would not connect because of poor internet signal. So I plugged in. TP booster and it now connects. Then after turning it off and back on again it now saying no connection. So I set up the tv again and it's saying wrong password but the password is defo correct. Tv in lounge still works but tv in garden room is saying wrong password. It's giving me two option for network settings. Option 1 which is they original network or optional 2 which is the original network that says extension. Do both tv have to be connected to the same network to function. Also I have to keep changing setting on my. iPhone. If I'm in the garden room I have to choose sky extension setting then when I come. Backed in the house up stairs I have to connect to sky original net work. I must be doing somethhirwng wrong. Please help!
