If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have not hard Wifi in North west area london since 6th august, it was estimated ro be fixed today but still no resolution&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Already did&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have been told there's an openreach damage that will now only be fixed on 26th of august. We have not had internet since 7th august.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
