I have checked my WiFi and broadband.

my sons Xbox is glitching and the tv is constantly buffering every 10 seconds when trying to watch prime tv

@coaley to watch TV in UHD while someone is playing games is going to use around 35Mb/s so if you have a slower connection thst could be the cause as could poor WiFi in your home. A Sky hub should cope with one game and one TV stream without adding latency but will struggle if there were mulitple other users.

It never use to do it. We've moved house 9 days ago and I've spoken to sky - they said there is an issue and to carry out the checks via app. Carried out the checks and says all is ok !!

My sky tv is buffering whilst trying to watch the arsendalnand Liverpool game

it's not good at all can you sort this out as it's completely spoiling the experience
