My broadband has a good signal speed, but is weak and keeps dropping off, until recently my wi-fi worked at the bottom of my garden and outside, but now it does not reach, even the outside security camera that is on the house external wall has stop working with a message saying " no wi-fi available"

It drops off regularly and is particularly bad on the PC, but hand held devices are also affected.

@PeterE wifi outside your home is not something Sky will ever promise. There are two issues firstly external walls greatly reduce signal strength and secondly what signal gets through is likely to be the 2.4GHz band which is subject to interference as with around 12 channels and a signal on one channel wil interfere with another signal on the same or adjoining channels you can only fit at most 4 signals without hitting a problem.

You can try rebooting your hub as it will then try to find the least congested channel or you can download a Wifi Analyzer app onto an Android phone which will show you all of the signals in range with their signal strength and channel. You can but dedicated WiFi kit for use outdoors but it isnt cheap and may cause issues if your neighbours also want wifi in their gardens.
