<title>topic Laptop keeps losing connection in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Laptop-keeps-losing-connection/m-p/4724282#M414072</link>
<description>Broadband/Router seems to be working, however devices e.g laptop keep regularly losing connection with the message " some information changed since the last time you connected. We need additional information to complete the connection". However, we put the password back in and it works (but only for a few minutes at a time). My mobile phone also keeps losing wifi connection and reconnecting which hasn't previously happened until changing providers 2 days ago. Any help appreciated.</description>
