Paying for 500gb of fiber broadband and having to wait 5 mins to load a Netflix tv show it's that bad. For it then to play in 360p or worse with how pixelated it is. Never had this bad an issue with the broad band, anyone had any news as to when this will be getting fixed? Been told that there is no issue?? Sorry but 500gb download speed should not require 1 second let alone 5 minutes to load a Netflix show, not only that but 90% of the time my apps aren't working on SkyTV because my broadband has been cut off. Not good.

I am having the same issue wifi is **bleep** but yet the sky app os telling

me all is fine but it is clearly not
