    <description>&lt;P&gt;I reventky joined sky and vroadband has consistently dropped off every 10 minutes for 2 weeks. I was sent a new router but the old router is still showing as available despite being unplugged and the new router does not show as an option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can someone tell me what i need to do. ( new white sky hub)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4154508"&gt;@Joem188&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you have Sky Q boxes you will see the old Sky SSID as Q mini boxes or old Sky boosters cannot connect to the new white hub's wifi so use the 5GHz wifi hotspot the main Q box produces which carries the old SSID. Other decices should only connect to tge new hub.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When the connection drops what happens to tge lightvonntge white hub?
