I recently changed from BT to sky which uses the same open reach point and my internet is so bad. Can't be on 2 phones, have Netflix playing it's ridiculous. Can't even be on 1 phone and Netflix. Says my speeds are 67mpbs and my broadband is fine but doing tests of my own they are sitting between 17-25mpbs. What can I do?

Using 3rd party speed tests can be hit or miss. Best using a ethernet device using fast.com

Could you post your router stats as below
