Same issue, seesm to have momentary drop-outs at random with calls and games getting disconnected. Also, quality of picture when streaming is very poor.

I have the white router. I would post the stats but the instructions do not match what I see when I log onto the router and the logs appear to be empty

sky checked the line with no faults they are sending me a new hub also

@Aandy+R The reason we ask what colour of router is that there is no stats available to post.

@Costello11 the most common cause of issues are faults in the line from your home to the cabinet they are not common but given BT and Sky both use the same Openreach line the fact you had no issues with BT doesnt mean its a Sky issue now.

Run the connection check in the My Sky app it is quite likely to show green intially if it does click to run the test again as it then should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your service if they aren't call them and report the fault so thry can get it fixed.
