I have ordered Supperfast Broadband. When the engineer was installing he said the I didn't order fiber and it was a copper connection. I was under the impression it was fiber. Should it be copper or fiber?

@Khut It could be either, if you don't have full fibre to your property then super fast is delivered via a hybrid fibre and copper service(fibre to the local street cabinet and then copper from there your property).

No- only had problems since. No incoming calls, broadband unavailable for first day, now gone down again.

Typically FTTP is now installed wherever it's available in the area, even if the order is for Superfast rather than Ultrafast broadband.
