@Danny891 wifi signal level is affected by the layout and type of construction of your home. To improve the signal level ensure your hub is in the best location which should be as central as possible in your home, out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. Solid objects cause signal loss and metal blocks the signal completly.

If after that wifi speeds are still lower than you require you may need extra kit such as a booster or a mesh wifi set up as there are limits to what the free hub Sky provides can provide. Sky only supplies such equipment if you buy one of their add-ons like Broadband Boost or Wifi Max. A simple booster is unlikely to be of use if signal levels are poor through out your home as boosters need a strong signal to work but a whole home wifi mesh system maybe a better solution. In some older traditionally built properties WiFi is always going to be difficult but you can buy technology like powerline networking where thr home's mains wiring is used to carry the data.
