Our WiFi is not working, suddenly dropped out. We have reset the router and the lights have come back on green however none of our devices are picking up the router?

@621110663112 if you have reset the router it will be running its factory settings with the SSID and password matching the label so if you have changed those thst might explain the issue. When connection is lost restarting the router is sensible but resetting (pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power led flashes) is rarely required.

Thanks, no the password is still the original. I found the cause in the end, the sky Q box was showing a red light, turns out my son had pressed the on/off attempting to look for the remote control (instead of pressing the Q button). Once I'd pressed the Q box back to on, the WiFi was working again.

I'm not the most technical but I wouldn't have thought that would have had any effect though?
