      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband engineer installed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ordered both sky stream and broadband over 2 weeks ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still not had items delivered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;laughably received my first bill yesterday after the engineer left despite receiving no service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sigh, ten minutes talking to a useless bot trying to explain that I've had my new broadband service connected, but sky have not delivered a router - clicking 'contact us' says 'sorry, you can't contact us' clicking anything else goes round in circles or brings me here. Useless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
