Hello,

My Ethernet cable (yellow) does not fit into the BT box within my house so i cannot get Internet

I bought a RJ11 socket to try and resolve the issue which did not work,

Can anybody suggest anything?

When are you due to be activated?

Has the ont been installed

If not this fibre modem ont will be installed on the day of activation

My activation was Monday, but i do not have a box like that in my house, how do I arrange this to take place?

I have an old looking Phone Port?

'ONT exists with active service' means the property is already provisioned for FTTP: if there's no ONT visible then that's typically because a previous occupant has taken it with them when they moved out.

Try looking for a very thin white cable with a rectangular green jack plug on it, somewhere in the vicinity of a power socket. There may also be a couple of screws left in the wall, and the white cable may enter the property behind a round white cover.
