My wifi hasnt been working since last night, can even watch tv because i have sky glass and it wont let me watch normal tv, completely inconsiderate

@tyrajones98 Can you please follow the link below picking the router you have from Sky to what the lights on the router are doing and what you need to do to fix the fault.

On the whole ISPs don't deliberately cease customer service because that tends to lose them subscribers.

Have you followed the basic troubleshooting advice? If so, there's probably an external fault in the Openreach network which needs to be addressed.

I have reset both my WiFi box and the open reach and all lights are green. My mother is with sky too hers was down all night but back up and running now but mine isn't working still
