If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the modem from the left the second and fourth light keep going red. &amp;nbsp;This has been going on on and off for over a week. &amp;nbsp;We have switched it all off and tested online &amp;nbsp;but still keeps happening&lt;/P&gt;</description>
