Left my phone in the car and came back to an overheating warning. Phone works fine but the only thing I can't connect to is the WiFi. Tried forgetting the hub & reconnecting, unplugged & plugged back in but nothing, any ideas why the hub has locked me out?

@LJRICHES10 very unlikely to be an issue with the hub if other devices connect normally. Depending on the degree of over heating your phone could have been damaged but let's hope not. Try telling the phone to forget the Sky connection then do a full re-start of the phone so it reboots fully which should lear its memory. Once restarted add the Sky connection again.
