      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your buggered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ONT's are coded and needs to be registered by a openreach broadband engineer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky can only order a open reach broadband engineer on a fresh installation, or after the sky broadband is activation date has happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That was the case last week with another customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
