I keep losing connection to one of my sky q mini boxes - it freezes the tv signal every now and then and after a few restarts and following lots of messages online I am still unable to rectify the problem.

Also we now keep getting a spinning netfllix logo ratrher than logging in - or the unit goes to a blue screen and loses connection to the main machine.

Running a fast.com test shows the wifi signal is down to 10mbs over wifi - wired is ok and still hitting 50mbs
