Internet keeps freezing

About two or three times a day the last few days the internet freezes, it happens when I'm watching sky TV and when I check my mobile phone internet also stops

It does come back eventually after a few minutes but a real pain when watching something then says waiting for programme to load

Can someone sort please

Hi.

This seems to be the same issue that I've been having over the last month or so. It isn't when watching recorded programs, but 'live' and more so when watching the program itself, not adverts.

Does anyone have any ideas?
