Hi quick question Just had gigga fast installed - says im getting 900mb ps download which is fine and works on devices such as downloading a HD movie on my phone took less than a minute. However when i try downloading on the sky q bix its still taking 10 to 15 minutes? The q box is connected by ethernet cable - am i doing something wrong or do i need to change something?

I think sky q boxes are limited to 100Mbps ethernet

Depending on the vintage, yes: I believe later main box revisions upgraded to Gigabit.
