    <description>&lt;P&gt;Never had an issue other than a broken phone line, if you are having that many issues call sky for an engineer visit to check the line is ok, likely a line fault somewhere. changing providers wont make a difference if there is a fault on the line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else have rubbish internet.&amp;nbsp; Losing connection every day sometimes a few times.&amp;nbsp; I have a home ed child and can't rely on something we pay for that doesn't work and isn't reliable.&amp;nbsp; Thinking of just changing providers as had enough of this. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. It's terrible. I thought going faster and upgrading would be better. It is not. I've given it long enough to "calibrate" I'll be raising this as a complaint tomorrow. It is odd that it all points to having fast internet speeds but the reality is very different. I often have to go onto 4G/5G to load apps/websites. Don't get it!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
